We had a great summer (last season) and the service was top notch. we're a long way from the campsites we used to go to where we'd put our aunt down and that was it. now we've got lots of activities in the area, for adults and children alike, and that's top notch. not forgetting the post-hike snack bar =Thanks to Sonia & Éric.

As we were passing through the area in a camper van plus a car, we stayed 15 days at this wonderful campsite...a warm welcome...Eric and Sonia were very kind to welcome us and what a pleasure it was to cool off in the swimming pool...clean sanitary facilities and shower too very quiet campsite close to the town centre on foot....what a pleasure to meet up at the snack bar at the end of the day to drink a nice cold beer...and especially the good pizzas..thank you eric and Sonia for these 15 superb days spent in your company we'll be back..Lionel and Sylvie from 84......

We had a great family stay at the campsite. We came to go hiking and Sonia and Eric were able to advise us on other activities in the area. We stayed in a mobile home, and the pitch was top notch! There are activities for children, which is not insignificant for busy people. There's even a swimming pool, which must be great in the summer 👍We'll be going back next season to continue discovering the region.

HelloAfter thinking about it, we thought we'd describe our experience...We came for a weekend at random, the view is beautiful, standard accommodation (no frills). We noticed:A tiny swimming pool, with no shade, don't trust the photo of the establishment on Facebook, it's quite "misleading". You'll have to explain to your children that they shouldn't be playing, jumping or diving! And I won't even mention the cameras (why?)... The "buvette" is basic and the prices are not very attractive. We might as well go out into the village.21:30, we have to whisper, otherwise the boss puts on his uniform and reprimands in an exaggerated manner (uncomfortable).Fortunately we didn't have a young baby... perhaps we would have been expelled?!In short, a bad experienceWe would not recommend this establishment.

Eric and Sonia are two people who are passionate about what they do and very welcoming! A very pleasant, family-friendly campsite, the perfect place to recharge your batteries, close to nature! A change of scenery guaranteed! Very clean accommodation! With additional services that are not to be underestimated for a campsite on a human scale: snack bar, swimming pool, playground, table football, table tennis - enough to delight young and old! We'll be back with pleasure!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED BY THIS HUMAWAKA CAMPSITE We were very disappointed by the services and prices offered by this campsite. First of all, the reception (which also serves as a snack bar and bar) is not very attractive, we were greeted outside by a simple counter where people who came to collect their pizzas, sandwiches or drinks crowded into a very small space. Then for the activities and services, there's the 'children's play area', which didn't appeal at all to the children and which they quickly got round to using, and there's also the 'swimming pool', where we were very surprised by its size and temperature! From the photos on the campsite's official website, we had the impression that the pool was much bigger, but it wasn't. Yes, the dimensions of the pool are indicated on the campsite's website, but as I'm not a pool expert, I couldn't get an idea of its size. We've been to a lot of campsites and this is the first time we've seen a pool so small and so cold in the middle of summer. That's it for the activities on the campsite, oh no sorry there's also table football and table tennis. However, during our stay, there was no entertainment or other activities (no boules competition, no karaoke, etc.) throughout the week.we continue with the sanitary facilities, which are really too outdated for our taste and where we had problems with the shower. we had to keep pressing the push button to turn on the water, which wasn't very practical for washing with just one hand. Finally, the prices are really too high for the products and services on offer, and when I say products I mean pizzas, drinks and "DU" sandwiches, because when we were there we had the choice between a kebab and ...... a kebab that didn't look much like one either. There were also 2 very unpleasant things, the first was the wind that we had for 1 week on the heights of the campsite. In fact we were on the heights of the campsite in the "residential area" at the top of the hill, so the view is certainly very nice but the wind and the cold in the middle of July is not the most pleasant, but as soon as we went back down to the bottom of the campsite there was no more wind! A bon entendeur ! .... And the 2nd thing that's quite disconcerting is the sound of gunfire from the Canjuers military camp, which is about 15 minutes from the campsite. It's not extremely annoying, but it's still very impressive. In conclusion, if you're going on a family camping trip, I wouldn't recommend this type of accommodation. In my opinion, it's more of a stopping-off point for camper vans or for spending the night if you're hiking or cycling. I hope I've given you the best possible guidance with this review. Thank you for reading this and I wish you all a wonderful holiday.
